Seven Days to Change Your Mind

We make no claim about what 30 Days of Calm will do in you. It is a devotional, not a treatment, and the book says as much in its own opening pages. What we will promise is what is ours to promise: if it isn’t what you were hoping for, reply to your purchase receipt within 7 days of buying and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t have to give a reason.

After 7 days the sale is final. The files are delivered the moment you pay and are yours to keep, so the window is there for deciding it isn’t for you — not for finishing it first.

The window runs from the date of each purchase. If you add the audiobook later, that purchase has its own 7 days from the day you added it.

How to Request

Email hello@bestonly.shop from your order email address, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with — we cannot send them anywhere else — and are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it. We refund the amount you paid; any currency-conversion or bank charge is between you and your bank.

After a Refund

Access to your library is revoked when the refund is processed, and the licence granted under our Terms of Service ends with it. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund we can make in a day takes a bank weeks, and we would rather just give you your money back. Where an account is used to obtain refunds repeatedly, or where a dispute is filed instead of a request, we may decline further sales to it.
